Terms and Conditions, we know you have probably already switched off and yes we get it, they are just a tiny bit dull but they are important. Because this document, together with our Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy (our Terms), sets out the rules which cover our relationship with you. They explain our responsibilities and yours, and how you can use our services. These apply to you if you use our services and remember they are legally binding so do please read them.

We are Percayso Inform Limited (Percayso). Where the Terms and Conditions states “we” “our” or “us” in this document, this means Percayso Inform Limited on behalf of the Percayso Group of companies. Wherever the name “Percayso” is used within these pages, it refers to one or more of the trading companies of Peracyso Limited that operate in the United Kingdom. We might also mean anyone that might take over our business or we transfer our business to in the future.

References to “you” and “your” means each natural or legal person who uses our website or the associated services.

In providing you access to the Percayso Inform website, you agree to observe all terms and conditions documented in this Privacy Policy, as well as any other specific terms and conditions for content or functionality that may be provided on the website.

We are changing and adapting are approach continuously as a result we update percayso-inform.com frequently. We can change or remove content at any time without notice. A week is a long time in the Percayso Inform world.

We cannot guarantee that our website or any content on it or provided as part of our services, will always be available, uninterrupted or error free.

Acceptable use of our website

When you’re using our website please don’t do any of the following things. If you do or if we have reason to believe you either have done or will do, we may refuse to provide access to percayso-inform.com temporarily or permanently or we may take other action against you (including legal action).

  • You must not establish a link to our website in any website that is not owned by you or that does not comply in all respects with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

When we consider that a breach of this acceptable use policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. All intellectual property rights in our website and the material published on it and in the component systems are owned by, licensed or sub-licensed to us. All content on our website is subject to copyright with all rights reserved.

Images, trademarks and brands are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without permission of their respective owners.

You must not remove any acknowledgement that we or any of our contributors is the author of any website content or any content we provide to you as part of the services.

You may download or print or screen grab content or individual sections or pages of our website for your personal use and information only, provided that any such copy has attached to it the relevant proprietary notices and/or disclaimers. How we use Your data

Here at Percayso Inform we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to respond to any questions you may have and to provide the information on our services you have requested. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes and will not be used by us for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

“Let’s Talk” Form

When you contact us using our “Let’s Talk” form, you will be voluntarily providing us with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. Company
  4. Phone number

The form contains validation checks to ensure the information you enter is structured correctly, such as a valid email address or telephone number. Once your details have successfully passed this validation the information supplied through the “Let’s Talk” form will be written to the Percayso Inform Contact Resource Management (CRM) system and stored on Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud based servers. These servers are based in the EU and we will not transfer your personal data outside of this jurisdiction. If this changes in the future, we will update our T’s & C’s and Privacy Policy accordingly and safeguards we have put in place (as required by applicable data protection laws to ensure a similar degree of protection to your data)

We will use the information you give us through the Let’s Talk form to:

  • administer your account and relationship with us and to communicate with you by website notifications, telephone, mail, email, text (SMS) message or other electronic means
  • where you have provided your consent for us to market to you, provide you with information about other services we feel may interest you
  • notify you about changes to our services
  • ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device
  • undertake analysis and profiling of your information in order to enhance our services

Information we collect about you based on your use of our website. We will use this information:

  • to administer our website and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes
  • to improve the service we offer you such as understanding the effectiveness of our services
  • as part of our efforts to keep our website safe and secure and to prevent fraud
  • to make recommendations about other services that may be of interest

Aggregated Data

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

Our legal basis for collecting your data is Consent

By completing the “Let’s Talk” form you are consenting to follow up communication from a Percayso representative. This communication, via email or telephone, will be to answer your specific query entered on the form, or of an introductory nature, providing you with further detail on the Percayso Inform services.

Web server logs and security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to Percayso Inform employees who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, please note that the terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a business, the terms of this policy, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
