NFU Mutual (NFUM) has further enhanced its customer claims experience by deepening its relationship with insurance intelligence provider, Percayso Inform and extending its partnership for three years.
Having seen demonstrable benefits of using Percayso’s vehicle intelligence as part of its claims process for several years, the agreement sees NFUM increase its use of claims tool Percayso Companion which gives it access to comprehensive and evidenced vehicle valuation data, as well as adding many new data points.
As the largest vehicle history database in the UK, Percayso’s vehicle intelligence platform combines historic vehicle data with information from motor trade retail sales DVLA, DSA and MOT history to provide a complete picture and accurate valuation of any one vehicle.
“Percayso’s vehicle intelligence solutions have enabled our engineering and claims teams to work side by side, enabling a faster claims journey which has really enhanced our customers’ claims experience,” says Ryan Duffy, Claims Supply Specialist at NFUM. “It’s now built into our front-end claims system and any claims handler can simply click to get a fast, accurate vehicle valuation which has been a real benefit to our claims process.
“However, it’s not just the benefits it has delivered to our customers or the accuracy and cost-effectiveness of the proposition itself that has driven the extension of our relationship with Percayso. We’ve developed a true partnership with their team who are always available. The build and integration process of any change is super easy and if there is an issue, we know it will get immediate attention and be resolved quickly. This is just as valuable to our business as the data that we’re accessing.”
Kieran Fisher, Account Director at Percayso Vehicle Intelligence added: “We aim to put ourselves in our customers’ shoes and deliver a level of service that is focused on collaboration, not simply selling a product or piece of kit.
“We’re delighted that NFUM has not only seen the value of our vehicle intelligence proposition, but also our approach to doing business and are delighted to be able to extend our working relationship with them.”
