How we use Your data

Here at Percayso Inform we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to respond to any questions you may have and to provide the information on our services you have requested. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes and will not be used by us for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

“Let’s Talk” Form

When you contact us using our “Let’s Talk” form, you will be voluntarily providing us with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. Company
  4. Telephone Number

The form contains validation checks to ensure the information you enter is structured correctly, such as a valid email address or telephone number. Once your details have successfully passed this validation the information supplied through the “Let’s Talk” form will be written to the Percayso Inform Contact Resource Management (CRM) system and stored on Amazon Web Service (AWS) cloud based servers. These servers are based in the EU and we will not transfer your personal data outside of this jurisdiction. If this changes in the future, we will update our T’s & C’s and Privacy Policy accordingly and safeguards we have put in place (as required by applicable data protection laws to ensure a similar degree of protection to your data)

We will use the information you give us through the Let’s Talk form to:

  • administer your account and relationship with us and to communicate with you by website notifications, telephone, mail, email, text (SMS) message or other electronic means
  • where you have provided your consent for us to market to you, provide you with information about other services we feel may interest you
  • notify you about changes to our services
  • ensure that content from our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device

By completing the “Let’s Talk” form you are consenting to follow up communication from a Percayso representative. This communication, via email or telephone, will be to answer your specific query entered on the form, or of an introductory nature, providing you with further detail on the Percayso Inform services.

While we have implemented encryption to ensure secure transmission of your personal information, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed.

Who Do We Share you Data With?

We don’t, it’s that simple. If that changes in the future, we will notify you accordingly. This Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect any change and the names of the relevant third party with whom we are sharing your data. As the legal basis on which we process your data is consent, you will have the right to refuse permission to share your data with third parties.
