Only the credit reference agency (CRA) can amend or delete a search on your credit file.

If you wish to dispute a search, please raise this directly with the CRA. They will review your case and liaise with us where necessary. Please note that, because data from some searches are shared across multiple insurers, the CRA will work with us to confirm whether the search was generated correctly. The CRA will update you on the outcome in line with their standard process.
